Would you like to work with state-of-the-art production equipment at one of Europe’s largest glulam factories? VTI A/S in Vinderup is looking for new colleagues to operate machinery.

You will operate and monitor machinery on the production floor. You may be a skilled machine operator or have experience in manufacturing—the most important thing is that you thrive on responsibility and a commitment to quality.

We are looking for employees for the following four areas of production. You may be assigned to one of the production lines—and we are seeking a full-time forklift operator for the raw materials warehouse.

Your main responsibilities

As part of our production team, you will help ensure the smooth operation of our machinery and contribute to maintaining a safe, efficient and well-organised production environment. You will play an important role in quality assurance and work closely with colleagues to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Who are we looking for

We are looking for a reliable and committed colleague with experience from a manufacturing environment, preferably within the wood industry. You have a good technical understanding and enjoy working with machinery and production processes.

You take responsibility for your work, thrive in a team environment and are motivated by delivering high-quality results. A forklift licence is an advantage, but not a requirement – we are happy to help you obtain one if needed.

Working hours

We are currently recruiting for day, evening and night shifts.

The day shift operates Monday to Thursday from 6:30 AM to 2:25 PM and Friday from 6:30 AM to 2:20 PM. The evening shift operates Monday to Thursday from 2:20 PM to 11:35 PM. The night shift operates Sunday from 10.00 PM to 6.35 AM. Monday to Thursday from 11.30 PM to 6.35 AM.
